Working…
The 8D Audio Converter turns a normal stereo (or mono) track into the rotating “around your head” effect popular on TikTok and YouTube. It works by continuously panning the signal between the left and right channels while adding a controlled amount of reverb for space. Your brain reads that moving image as a sound source orbiting you — especially with closed-back headphones or earbuds.
Despite the name, 8D audio is not eight-dimensional. It is still two-channel stereo with an auto-panner and ambience. The illusion is strong on headphones and weak on speakers, where you mainly hear volume moving side to side. That is why we recommend headphones for both preview and listening to the exported file.
Sound Booster runs the effect entirely in your browser. You choose rotation speed (seconds per full left–right cycle), reverb amount, and optional playback rate. Presets cover the common looks: Slow Sweep for a calm orbit, Classic 8D around ten seconds per turn, and Fast Spin for a more intense sweep. Export is a stereo WAV so the rotation is baked into the file and plays the same way in any player.
Use it on instrumentals, vocal stems, ambient loops, or full songs. Combine with Speed Changer or Bass Booster if you want a slowed or heavier base before the spatial sweep. Nothing is uploaded — decoding, panning, reverb, and export stay on your device.
A stereo panner moves the balance from left to right (and back) on a smooth cycle. Reverb smears early reflections so the image feels larger than a hard pan alone. Together they create the sense of motion around the listener. Headphones separate the channels cleanly; speakers mix them in the room and collapse the effect.
Drop MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, M4A or OGG, or pick from Your Library.
Use a preset or set seconds-per-turn and reverb. Optional speed/pitch for creative variants.
Play the effect, A/B with Original, then Download a stereo WAV with the rotation baked in.
The orbit only reads clearly when left and right ears are isolated.
~10 s per turn is the familiar social-media pace; slow or speed from there.
A little space helps; too much washes out vocals and transients.
Export stays stereo so every app plays the same rotating image.
Load a file, pick Classic 8D (or set rotation), put on headphones, preview, then Download.
Yes for the full effect. On speakers you mostly hear side-to-side volume changes.
No — it is a marketing name for rotating stereo pan plus reverb.
No. Processing and export run in your browser only.
Seconds for one full left→right→left cycle. Lower values spin faster.
