Questions about boosting audio or video, the Chrome extension, bugs, or ideas for new tools — send a note. We usually reply within one or two business days. If a file failed to decode, the demo behaved strangely, export stalled, or the extension did not boost a tab the way you expected, tell us what you tried and which browser you were using.
Before you write
- Name the tool you used (Audio Boost, Video Boost, or the Chrome extension).
- Browser tools process files on your device — we cannot recover audio or video that never left your computer.
- Feature requests are welcome; a short note about your use case helps us prioritise.
